MODEL 60 PU FOAM 

Model 60 PU Foam is the construction polyurethane foam which special design for installation and insulation. The product can be used for bonding, fixing, installing and sound insulation, heat insulation. It is also suitable for gap filling, gas separation,cracks and breaking holds sealing. The ideal humidity during application is 40% to 60%.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Low Foam Pressure/Low Expansion – will not warp or deform windows and doors

2. Quick Setting Formulation – can be cut or trimmed in less than 1 hour

3. Closed Cell Structure does not absorb moisture

4. Flexible/Will not crack or dry out

MAIN USE

1. Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames;

2. Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities;

3. Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction;

4. Bonding and mounting;

5. Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes;

6. Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation;

STORAGE

When stored at 25℃ or lower temperature in the original upopened container, it has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
